Any order placed on the website implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the Customer.
We sell 3 packages: Basic, Advanced, and Premium
We strive to ensure that all information published on the site is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences resulting from such inaccuracies.
The Customer selects the desired package, subject to availability, and confirms their basket. They then choose the payment option before finalizing the order.
Final confirmation of the order constitutes full acceptance of these GTC and acknowledges prior knowledge of them.
Once the order is completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of the order.
All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€), Algerian dinar (DZD), and include taxes (VAT).
Payment can be made by credit/debit card (via our secure provider: Stripe, PayPal, Chargily) or any other payment method available on the site.

While Etajr strives to provide reliable and accurate information on its website, it shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of such information.
Etajr shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or inability to access it.

Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.
Etajr shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (“force majeure”).
In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating formal proceedings.
Failing that, the courts located in the jurisdiction of the Etajr registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under Swiss law.
