1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between:

Etajr, a company registered at Bundesplatz 3, 3003 Bern, Switzerland, registered in the RCS under number E280425, hereinafter referred to as “etajr “.
and any natural or legal person wishing to purchase via the website **https://www.etajr.com **, hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer ” or “the Customer “.

Any order placed on the website implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC by the Customer.

2. Products and Services

We sell 3 packages: Basic, Advanced, and Premium

We strive to ensure that all information published on the site is accurate and up-to-date. However, errors may occur. We cannot be held responsible for the consequences resulting from such inaccuracies.

3. Orders

3.1. Order Process

The Customer selects the desired package, subject to availability, and confirms their basket. They then choose the payment option before finalizing the order.

Final confirmation of the order constitutes full acceptance of these GTC and acknowledges prior knowledge of them.

3.2. Order Confirmation

Once the order is completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email summarizing the details of the order.

4. Prices and Payment

4.1. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Euros (€), Algerian dinar (DZD), and include taxes (VAT).

4.2. Payment Methods

Payment can be made by credit/debit card (via our secure provider: Stripe, PayPal, Chargily) or any other payment method available on the site.

All transactions are secured following current standards.

5. Liability

While Etajr strives to provide reliable and accurate information on its website, it shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or consequences arising from the use of such information.

Etajr shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or inability to access it.

6. Personal Data

Personal data collected during the ordering process is necessary for contract management and may be used for marketing purposes unless the Customer opts out.

Data is processed by our Privacy Policy, accessible on the website.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Etajr or its partners and protected under international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written consent, is strictly prohibited.

8. Force Majeure

Etajr shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (“force majeure”).

9. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating formal proceedings.

Failing that, the courts located in the jurisdiction of the Etajr registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under Swiss law.
